Steps to provide Folder Rights in CMC

Hi there,

My organization is made up of different business unit.
I have allocated a folder to each business unit. Each folder contains reports that are specific to their business unit.
Current -the way the users are setup… they have a view of all business unit folders and they can run the reports. This is incorrect, they should only be able to see their business unit folder and the reports in that specific folder.

Take note that users run reports from the DeskI.
Please provide steps that needs to be done in CMC

Hi , I have requirement where Group A access to A folder Folder A have 3 sub folders A1,A2,A3 I want to create sub group under A like AA1 which need to access only A1 folder and same way AA2 which need to access only A2 and same AA3 to A3 folders and also AA1 group shold not see A2 and A3 folder and same way AA2 should not see A1 and A3 folder I am trying but when I created sub group AA1 under A and I retracted the AA1 from A2 and A3 folder still able to see those folder.
