CMC - Assigning Permissions to Folders

Hi there,

My organization is made up of different business unit.
I have allocated a folder to each business unit. Each folder contains reports that are specific to their business unit.
Current -the way the users are setup… they have a view of all business unit folders and they can run the reports. This is incorrect, they should only be able to see their business unit folder and the reports in that specific folder.

How do I go about restrict these users based on the business unit they belong to? is it done in the CMC?
Take note that users run reports from the infoview.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Yes it has to done in CMC. You need to explicitly give NO ACCESS to other groups except one that needs access.
