Page Footer Problem

Hi ,

I can’t see Page Footer in Crystal Report.

I am new to Crystal Reports 2008 SP1.I am very much confused of order of the blocks appear in design view.I am presenting you the order of the Blocks in Crystal reports design view:
Report Header
Page Header
Details
Report Footer
Page Footer.

Please observe keenly above order.Page Footer be after Report Footer instead of after Details.So evethough i am giving some text msg in Page Footer in design view it is not being displayed in Report view.

Please let me know how can i display Page footer info in Report view.

The order is correct.

Report Header ----Displays the content on first page of the report
Page Header ----Displays the content on top of every page
Details -----once in report
Report Footer --Displays the content once in last page of the report.
Page Footer–Displays the content on bottom of every page

Now think about your content where to be placed in report. The order you have given is the default order.

Hi Siva

Anil had given the clear picture about the different sections and
their hierarchy.

"Please let me know how can i display Page footer info in Report view. "

Solution for the above sentence is

click on REPORT menu bar–>select SECTION EXPERT option
here select the sections that you want to insert or delete

I will try to give my requirement in detail.Please spare me a moment.

I got clear picture of different sections in Report.

As you said i have given default order in last chat. I.e,
REPORT HEADER
PAGE HEADER
DETAILS
REPORT FOOTER
PAGE FOOTER.

The moment i open design view,I am getting above order.
However in this scenario,I created a report consists of Only one page.
I have given content for all the sections like Report Header,Page Header,Report Footer and Page Footer.All the sections content is being dispalyed in report except Page Footer content.I think this issue is due to Report Footer section appears before Page Footer section in design view.

As Bose said ,
I have seen Section Expert option in Report Menu Bar.Clearly i have identified different order compared to the order in design view.

Design View Order:
REPORT HEADER
PAGE HEADER
DETAILS
REPORT FOOTER
PAGE FOOTER.

Section Expert Order:
REPORT HEADER
PAGE HEADER
DETAILS
PAGE FOOTER
REPORT FOOTER

Try scrolling down so that you see the bottom of the page while in Preview mode.

Might be my mistake is a small one.
I have not seen entire Report.
I struggled alot.
