when i preview the .xlf file, i can see the figures and charts… and the filters are all working. but when i un-preview, nothing is loading. i can only see the spreadsheet & data! but nothing on the canvas!!! 
badly need help! this file don’t have a back up!

This may seem like a stupid question, but in the Object Explorer none of the checks under the eyeball are checked are they? Also is it possible you have an object covering everything but due to dynamic visability it’s not showing up on preview?
Make a copy of your xlf file. Then rename it from .xlf to .zip
Open the zip file up. Do you see two files? document.xml and xldoc?

hi, thanks for your reply. but no, nothing is covering any charts/components, so i should be seeing it on canvas during edit. anyway, i tried dragging a new chart and i am unable to see that too. but when i select all on the canvas and copy then paste to a fresh canvas, then i see all the components.
i placed the file on zip and able to see 2 files - document.xml & xldoc.
wonder if this is a flash version issue. we are on version 9. any thoughts?

have another xcelsius user open the file, save it with a new name, then send it back to you.

Can other users see the canvas? So if you send it to someone else they can view the canvas just fine?

I just saw that. It’s a similar problem and tehy have a solution to try.

we have installed sp3 and was able to see all my components on the canvas. we’ll monitor if this has completely resolved our issue.
