Unable to open Add-On Manager

I’m trying to install custom components using Add-On manager. However I get an error message and the system restarts once I click cancel on the message. Attached is a screenshot of the error message.

I reinstalled xcelsius and the issue still persists.

I was wondering if there is any alternative to install Add-Ons without going to the Add-On manager.

Hi Experts, The add on manager in Xcelsius 2008 not working properly in Vista environment. whenever i try to click on add-on manager the system will be restarted automatically. Can any one give suggestion to solve this issue. Thanks in advance. -D dandamudi (BOB member since 2008-07-03)
