This utility does not capture any BICS connections, I am wondering if you can please add something for BICS connections.

Is it possible to use the repository documentor with BO 4.1SP2 and Office 2013? I get the following error:

Failure in get Categories()
CrystalEnterprise12.SessionMgr.1 - -2147210751: The secEnterprise DLL could not be found or does not exist 1000440

this tool is very handy. But i can not use it with SAP logon. Or is there another file? i only see enterprise, windows AD, LDAP, not SAP

The information on Disabled is inaccurate. I need to know the status (enabled, disabled) of the enterprise and Win AD user. How do I accomplish that? I would need the values of BOTH. The values in the first or second changes between enterprise and AD.

Hi,

I am also getting same error as Bidya. I am using Excel 2010 to extract from BO 4.1. I have client tools installed and checked all the 14.0 libraries. Please suggest any solutions.

Hi Sushir,

First Thank you for the providing the Macro script which fetches all BO repo Information.

However, in BI 4.1 we have additional client tools like Design Studio and Explorer and we need documents of those explorer(Information Space and Eviews) and design studio( AAO) types.

i am trying to edit the script by adding these additional tools/types into the script but i am not able to fetch the data for information space , eview and design studio in the document tab/sheet.

could you please help us on this requirement.

First of all, many many thanks for sharing the utility, you have always provided great utilities to BO community… Hats off… :+1:

Second, I tried running this on our system and we have Windows AD authentication but getting the same error as Bidya and A_BOUSER.

Could someone please guide me how this can be corrected? As it seems the same issue is faced by many users here…

The error I get is -
CrystalEnterprise12.SessionMgr1. - -214721105: Enterprise authentication could not log you on. Please make sure your login information is correct.
We are using Windows AD authentication.

Hi There, I did edit the macro and intent 6 esession.Logoff as 'esession.Logoff and I had to remove excel from Output Document Types: and it works like Charm in BI 4.1 SP4

In SAP 4.1 SP5 I tried to use it but i get an compile error. (Can’t find project or library)

I used version 9 of this excel tool.

Hi narukunan

I am trying to run the version 9 Macro on Windows 7 Machine with Microsoft Office standard 2010 version, BI4.1 SP5 Patch4 or BI4.1SP2 Patch4.

When i click ‘Extract Data’ button, the Excel application freezes and say’s not responding. Do you have any idea how to get this fixed.
