Report Structure gets disturbed!

Hi All,
When I click edit report and click View Structure the whole report structure is getting disturbed.
I wanted to know if this is the common thing when we hit Edit Report → View Structure.Or is there any thing I can change so that the report structure is not disturbed.

Keep in mind that when you switch your view to ‘View Structure’ this allows changes the view to ‘Page Layout’. This will take into consideration header, footer, margins, etc. This has often cause our report to shift out of alignment. As often as I can, I try to build my report in ‘Page Layout’ view, espically if I intend to print to hardcopy.

I am not sure if that is exactly why you are experiencing a disruption in your layout, but it is something to consider.
