In your opinion is Xcelsius the humvee or the large troop transporter? I assume a large troop transporter is better than a humvee.

It depends what you want the vehicle for, which tool do you need for the job?
QV is very nimble and it is fast. I’m looking forward to seeing where SAP goes with the accelerator as it is frustrating that it is only BW at this point.

Exactly - matching toolsets without understanding their intended use and the consumers is a tad too generic to make sense. I keep flogging the IMM (Information Maturity Model) horse as the correct method to be applied in evaluating a toolset.
Where is an organisation on the Model - will they be / or should they be making an effeort to progress up the model as BI has been hijacked in many instances to cover All things reporting …
Qlikview is very good - for small analytical teams with precise objectives …
