Problem starting Crystal Reports Application Server

Hi All,
I am experiencing problems with RAS server (and Page Server which is probably related to first issue) under Linux RHE4.
When I run:
./ccm.sh -start all
I get this message in log:
boe_crystalrasd[11610]: Crystal Report App Server started
boe_crystalrasd[11610]: Daemon message from Starting Crystal Reports Application Server : /home/celin/bobje/enterprise115/linux_x86/ras/boe_crystalras: %2.
boe_crystalras[11612]: Report Application Server started.
boe_crystalras[11612]: Failed to create CrystalReports.AgentOptions. Please make sure DTSAgent.dll is installed. Also, make sure that DTSAgent.dll is regist
ered as an in-process COM server by running the following on the command line: ‘regsvr32.exe DTSAgent.dll’.
boe_crystalras[11612]: Cannot read from registry “CLSID{EACE192E-E798-4120-BBBC-7C345869E5D7}\InprocServer32”.
boe_crystalras[11612]: Report Application Server stopped.
boe_crystalrasd[11610]: Daemon message from Crystal Reports Application Server is down.: %2.
boe_crystalrasd[11610]: Crystal Report App Server stopped

I can log to CMS, save reports in repository etc. but I can not display the report as Page Server is not responding (and this is because of RAS server not running).
Error message for Page Server is:
boe_pagesd[14302]: The function PEOpenEngineEx failed. Reason: Report engine not opened…
boe_pagesd[14295]: Error in the report processing unit.
boe_pagesd[14295]: A Page Server subprocess was forced to terminate.
boe_pagesd[14295]: A Page Server subprocess was forced to terminate.
boe_pagesd[14295]: An error occurred while creating a Page Server subprocess.

Do you have any idea what might be the issue?

Thanks in advance

Dear Piotr Pryzmont,
Could you please tell me how can I apply the patch you mentioned on the below link. I am having the same problem soon after I installed the Service pack 3.
Thanks in advance

Save the code in the installation main directory (as patch.sh for example) and run it.
Should be about that simple.

hi, is this 100% working? how can I rollback the changes if this patch didn’t work?

I have the same problem too. I don’t know how to look at the log file since I’m a newbie. Can you teach me?

Thanks a lot.
