Displaying Distinct Values for a number

Hi All,

In one of my report the data is displayed like the attached table:

Customer requirement is, they want to display the distinct values in all the columns.
For Ex:- For a Reference Number 55, the P.Term and Date is repeating duplicate values. They want to display it once. It means, in P.Term the Name1 and Name2 should be displayed only once in the first row and second row and in Date column the dates 1/2/2007 & 1/5/2007 should be displayed only once in 1 st and 2 nd row.
Please send me your suggestions.
