Cannot Open Performance Management - Error - AA2209

Hi,
I have BO XI R2.
When I click on “Performance Management” icon to open the “Performance Management” a following error is occurred.

Intialization parameters in initialization configuration properties file are invalid or mismatched, please contact your system administrator. AA2209
An error occurred at the server: Enterprise authentication could not log you on. Please make sure your logon information is correct.

Earlier I had created some reports in “Performance Management”.
That reports was working properly.

I log in as administrator and I have full access.

Can you please tell me why it shows the error?

check this file…

Program Files\Business Objects\Performance Management 11.5\InitConfig.properties

remove the PMuser and add your admin username.

Almost forgot. May need to check the PM tab in infoview to reset the initialization of the services.
