Cannot Open Performance Management - Error - AA2209 Performance Management

Hi, I have BO XI R2. When I click on “Performance Management” icon to open the “Performance Management” a following error is occurred. Intialization parameters in initialization configuration properties file are invalid or mismatched, please contact your system administrator. AA2209 An error occurred at the server: Enterprise authentication could not log you on. Please make sure your logon information is correct.
