After pressing the Run Query button in WebI 6.5 on a BO document, the following error comes up:
Automation exception BusinessObjects server process raised an automation exception. (Error: BOMGR 0060) IDispatch error #109 z/
(returned by function Refreshing Document) )
How come ??

I have encounterd this error due to Database connectivity. Once I solved the problem with Oracle middleware on WebI server, this problem was gone.

I had a similar error:
Automation exception BusinessObjects server process raised an automation exception. (Error: BOMGR 0060) IDispatch error #130 Unable to open this document, not authorised (xxxxx)
(returned by function Get list of OLAP Security Prompts) )
My fix might also apply to your error:
In Supervisor, select the user/group then Configuration tab.
Select Business Objects then properties. Open Documents. Select ‘Refresh Documents’.
Override the default and enable this command restriction.
Restart the Webi service.

But, it is only with a specific user in a specific report.
