BOE 4.3 reports format xlsx hiding rows

Reports out of BOE BI hide lines in xlsx format creating issues from previous versions where reports were formatted correctly.
apologies to all as I am less experienced at applications (new)
Old - all lines (can’t post as restricted to 1 link)

New - missing row 5

Is there a way to resolve this. Is it similar to WebI Report-Excel format

first check if there is a note available at SAP-support-portal describing this problem,
a solution may be provided with a ServicePack (–> compare with your installed SP-level).

which parameters (height) are set for your “missing” row ?
without data, this row may be correctly reduced to a height of 0.00 !?
