First a small explanation. We are running BO 6.5.3 with publisher 6.5. No problems at all. We now migrated to a new environment. Then came the problem
New Environment
Windows server 2003sp2 REPOS running on ORACLE 10.
BCA - Fullclient - etc. running fine.
Publisher was also running fine but after creating +/- 42 publications (on 1 day) we got the error BAW 0010. Which tells us:
A problem occurred while accessing the database.
When we then do a restore of the database previous day. Everything is fine till we create 1 publication. At the end of the publication when it is closed. We then get the error again.
Everything keeps running services etc. also WEBI is working only the publications link is broke.
Anyone who has an idea how to fix this?
This topic:
Tells me to install hotfix 819. Anyone who has experience with this fix? Or has it available for me? I’m an not able to download it.
