When we try to refresh the webi reports via BI Launchpad, it throws error as
“Your session has timed out.Close out the Java interface and log in again.”
This error is observed within few seconds.
The report runs fine with same prompts when scheduled.
This behavior is observed since past few weeks only. Prior to that the reports used to run fine. I am just able to figure what is causing this issue suddenly.
We do not have any client tools to replicate the issue.
Also, when the report opens in HTML mode, the report refreshes forever and when we open the report in Applet mode, it throws this error.
There is no load balance or reverse proxy.
These reports used to run earlier and all of sudden it is throwing error. (Recently no changes were made to the system also)
