Do you have any other recommendation or notes or problems that we might face and how to be in safe side .

A) How many concurrent users are you expecting?
B) Separate your Web Application Server for BOE (such as Tomcat) from your BOE server, by installing your Web Application server on a separate server.
C) Consider using Windows 2008 64-bit as your server OS
D) How many cores will the CPUs have?
E) 32 GB RAM seems very high, but considering Explorer (formerly known as Polestar) I could not say…
F) If you are running Explorer/Polestar against SAP BW make sure you are using the BWA (BW Accelerator) add-in from SAP
G) What about clustering for Fail-over/High-Availability and scaling?
