YOur Login id is not Valid

Hello,

I got like 2 uesers who is getting this error message your Login id is not Valid when they are trying to edit FC reports through Infoview.They are able to login into the Infoview without any problem and they can also refresh the WEBI reports without any problem…but getting this problem only when they are trying to open the FC reports.If i try from my system using their ID i was able to edit the reports in FC also.
Please help me…

Hi Alluri,

I assume you checked all their privileges in Supervisor? Especially the ones under “Create and Edit Documents”? You might have some specific rights that have been turned off for these users.
