You are not authorised to use this document

I created a new CMS database a month ago,I had some universes in this CMS. But today the network guy rebooted the XIR2 server, my CMS has been restored to earlier CMS and I cant find my universes in the repository. But I have that new universes on my local PC folder. So when i try to open them I get this error:

You are not authorised to use this document(FRM 0008). This universe belongs to another CMS. You cannot open it unless you are connected to same CMS from which it was imported.

Is there anyway to open them and export it to the repository.

I am just looking for more detail on the process quoted above. It looks like it worked for somebody. Thanks… The CMS repository has two portions … a database and a filesystem. The database stores the security information and also has a pointer to the filesystem where the universe is actually stored.
