XLF file not going in preview mode

Hi BOB users ,

I am encountering a strnage problem after designing my dashboard . Its not going in the preview mode .
As a preliminary analysis I found that deleting a tab() from my source file the XLF goes in preview mode . The tab just contains 500 rows , even if I delete the rows of the Tab and keep it as empty the XLF file does not goes in Preview mode . Only deleting the Tab() I can go into preview mode .

Any help why this strnage beahviour is occuring and how to diagnose the problem .

Regards
Sapan

Just guessing:

  • Upgrade to latest SP, that is Xelsius 2008 SP2
  • Export the MS Excel spreadsheet and manually delete unused rows and columns
  • Are you using a lot of MS Excel formulas in the MS Excel tab causing the issue?

Hi ,

The number of formulas is very less .

I am just using DCOUNTA , is there a limit to the range that we use in DCOUNTA .

ANy further suggestion to diagonose the problem would be great help

I have known renaming sheets to cause such an issue, but this should have been fixed if you have 2008 SP2.
