XI4.1 Publications are not working

Hi All,

Until now, we were using scheduling for automating our report, by email or FTP. But now we have the need for publication with dynamic recipient, to burst reports to our FTP.

My team and I are trying to make that works since the last week, without any success. The publication always fails, even if we try a make basic one (no dynamic recipients, basic report without any prompt, just one enterprise recipient).

In the webi interface, we get the state “Failed” and the error “Internal error”.

And we get this error into the log files when the publication with dynamic recipients is triggered :

We don’t understand this line : “The value of SI_ID should be a number but instead was 4294969658” and what we can do to avoid that ?

We thought that this issue could have been solved by a service pack, so we updated from XI4.1 SP06P5 to SP07P5, but there is no change.

When we try a basic Publication, with only one document, and one enterprise recipient, we get this error :

Hi Seb,

Did you ever get to the bottom of the “The value of SI_ID should be a number but instead was …” messages? Just noticed them on our BI4.1SP7 system when investigating a separate issue. Everything appears to be running fine otherwise.

Last time I checked 4294969324 was a number too. :slight_smile:
