Xi R2 - storage of shedules properties

Hello,

Questions about scheduling :
Where are stored schedules properties? In the CMS database, with the documents?

I think in the cms database and i’ve got one problem.
I want to restore the CMS database because we’ve made some wrong manip but since the last copy of the cms we’ve creating lot’s of schedules and i don’t want to lost them… How can I do?

You are right. The schedules are stored in the CMS database. If you need to restore your database all changes you’ve made since your last backup will of course disappear. What you can do however is to take a BIAR backup of your reports, which will also store their schedules, restore the CMS database and then re-import the BIAR file with their corresponding schedules.

I would recommend you to back up your current CMS database just to be sure.

Thanks for your answer.
I’ve made a biar with docs and schedules, i will restore the cms and reimport docs and schedules.
One problem again I think that old and new schedules will be conserved (it was in fact not new schedules but modify schedules…)
not very serious pb, I just need to delete old records after re-importing the biar.
