XI R 3.1 publication

i have created publication with multiple profiles.these profiles have different profile values.
If i select only one profile,publication works but for multiple profiles it failes.
I am using XI R 3.1 service pack 2.

Is this a problem with it?

Sorry, but this is a duplication of delivery rule in publication and publication not running for multiple profiles
