In 4.1 if you have AD authentication and your security / access is all AD group driven and a user scheduled reports and then left the company and the AD account was removed what would happen to the ‘recurrence’ of that schedule ? In 3.1 I know it will switch the owner to the BO admin and keep running it, but I’m hearing in 4.1 it doesn’t do that switch and the recurrence will just fail, anyone able to confirm ?
I can confirm that the recurring instance changes owner to Administrator and they fail with a security error.
I am on this forum right now trying to find an SDK answer to how to mass change the owner of a recurring instance because I had to go manually reschedule over 300 instances when 2 team members left on the same day. Now MY ID is the owner. If I win Powerball, someone else will have to reschedule these.
