[XI 3.1] Scan folders on the 3.1 Server

Im not an admin, but I am a super developer. I have this question for Admins…

Is there a way to scan the folder tree on the 3.1 server, in a similar way that I can open a folder tree on a Windows server?

I need to be able to read the contents of Folder (x), look at titles, and file types (e.g. wid or rpt) and access them without Opening Infoview.

There’s a spreadsheet called the Repository Documentor located here that might be what you need. I use it all the time. Very helpful.
