I have a few XI 3.1 installations - and cannot install FP1.1 or FP1.2.
After FP1.1 would not install I requested FP1.2 - and this install tells me I cannot install FP1.2 on a XI 3.0 version 
The site about details lists Product: 12.1.0 … but the registry entries are 12.0.0.800 
I tried renumbering every registry entry - just to see - no go …
The uninstall even lists 3.1 … so I have no idea where it’s picking up 3.0.
