Based on the “BusinessObjects Enterprise Administrator’s Guide”, every time a Deski document is retrieved via Desktop Intelligence, I would expect to see Event_Type_Id =11 entries inside the Audit_Event table on the Audit Database.
This is not happening for us, we also do not get any Event_Type_Id =19 records for when a document is refreshed via Desktop Intelligence.
We have auditing enabled with all options ticked for the DesktopIntelligenceJobServer and DesktopIntelligenceCacheServer.
