Xcelsius SP2 download - do i need service contract

I am unable to download the sp2 file for xcelsius 2008. The list of downloads comes up but without any file to download. I read that I need a sap login - do i have to have a service contract to get the login ID? I bought a standalone license but no service contract. Thanks
