Xcelsius showing Excel value

Hi All,

Some times my dashboard is showing Excel data (Dummy data of excel sheet) instead of Database value in LaunchPad. It happens every day around 6 AM US time.

Refresh Option of all queries set as Refresh Before Components Are Loaded and Refresh Every 10 Mins.

To solve this, I have to restart dashboard servers every time.

Please provide the permanent solution for this issue.

Version :BO 4.0 SP4

if the same cells are filled by database values, why do you have dummy values in same cells.

Can you remove dummy values & check
