Wrong login or password on the Cluster Manager

Has anybody ever come across this message when trying to run the Adminstration module for webi 2?

Wrong login or password on the Cluster Manager.

I should point out that the user id and password that we are using for this is the Supervisor userid and it allows you to log onto every other application successfully.
