WIS 30270 on BOXIR2 SP 4 / Solaris 10

Hi all :wave:

I’m running a BOXIR2 SP4 on a Solaris 10. I have installed the “Auditor module” (schema BOE115_audit on MySQL).

I got the following problem : when I try to refresh a report on the InfoView, I just get a WIS 30270 error : "An internal error … during the call of API ‘retrieveListOfValuesEx’ (Error: WIS 30270) (Error: INF)). :cuss:

I’m using Java 1.4.2_04 (installed automatically during the first connection).

Does anyone have an idea of what’s wrong ? :shock: :shock:

It seems that I must reinstall BO, using a Oracle DB for my repository. :wah:

I’ve added “/oracle/10.2.0.3-64b/lib32” to my LD_LIBRARY_PATH, and it works (for reports based on different universes). :mrsbob:

But it still don’t work for Auditor. But I don’t care :mrsbob:
