WIS 10901 error while refreshing WebI report

Hi,
Please help me on this.

We are facing below error, while generating WebI report.
BO Server: BO XIR3.1
Database: oracle 10g.

ORA-01417: a table may be outer joined at a most of one other table(WIS 10901).

Same report and queries working fine in SIT and UAT database, but issue in PROD environment.
