Windows Server Account

The password for the windows account that did our BO installation was changed and now I can not start the BCA Scheduler. I have also noticed that users are getting system error when trying to access reports for Corp Docs while in Infoview.

Has anyone experienced this before? We are running BO version 6.5.

You can use the Configuration Tool to update or change the logon credentials. Select “Service Parameters” and “Update service parameters”.
