We are looking at doing an in place upgrade of our main server that is running several apps including the BO XI 3.1 server pieces (The web application server and tomcat is on another box) from Windows 2003 Standard to Windows 2003 Enterprise in order to access additional RAM.
For a vareity of reasons we can not do a fresh install.
Has anyone done this? Any issues anyone thinks may be a problem with BOE running correctly after the upgrade?

We are in the porcess of dong the same thing, however, we are going back and starting from scratch… Reason is that there have been some many issues with XI 3.1 - memory, IIS/BO communication errors and so on, just made more sense/safer to do it this way…

I received word this morning that another product on the server is going to have difficulties with the upgrade and our usage of that product will coming to an end before the end of this year. So we are waiting until after that point to revist.
I will still post results at that time.
