Just thought I would add yet another wij20002 possible cause. I have noticed that If I go into IIS and select properties then I get the wij 20002 error in Webi. This happens even If I do not change anything in IIS. This only happens on our W2K3 IIS6 Configuration on our W2K set up it has no effect. The only way to solve it for us is to reboot the server.

We had this same problem and the only way to solve it was rebooting the whole server, but it seems that we found the solution :
What we did was the following:
In IIS, browse to the wiasp directory
Right click, and then properties.
Set execute permission to “scripts and executables”. Apply to all subdirectories in wiasp directory.
Restart IIS
After we applied that change the error does not appear any more.
