I am using BO R3 Webi Reports, but when ever I try to refresh the reports, I am getting the same error, I chked on the forum but couldnt found much, can anyone help.
I read tht this problem occurs with .Net environment only and not with Java environemnt.

In XIr2 it happened with Java. Are you .NET or Java? If Java, what version and is that a supported-by-WebI version?

I am using Java, version 6 and yes this is supported-by-WebI version.

Sometimes it also happens becoz of explorer version or settings, can you try to refresh the same report on other machine with upgraded version of IE or on mozilla.

I tried running the report on other machine havin upgraded IE version, but no success, I am not getting the WIJ 20002 error when refreshing the report from the main page, but getting this error everytime when trying to run the report from edit query…
(we have migrated the reports from R2 to 3.0 and now testing is in progress).

Hi, Zeenat were you able to solve your problem? we are facing the same issue. We realized that the problem happens when logged to windows with a non-administrator account. Seems to be related to windows policy… Could you share your resolution?
