SAP BusinessObjects XI 3.1 Service Pack 5 Fix Pack 5.3

We have recently upgraded from BOXI3.1 Sp3 to SAP BusinessObjects XI 3.1 Service Pack 5 Fix Pack 5.3.
After upgrading we have issues with some of our Webi reportswhile other reports are running fine.
From View Mode - Error “WIH 00013 - Invalid session. Please close the browser and log on again”
¡ From Java Report panel - Error: "The session timed out. The document .wid has been autosaved in the
Favorites~WebIntelligence folder. Click Restore to retrieve it. (Error: WIJ 60001)
¡ From Rich Client - #ERROR is displayed
while scheduling we get The Web Intelligence server cannot be reached. Contact your Business Objects administrator. (Error: RWI 00236)
Kindly share us your thoughts if you have faced such kind of issue in any of your environment
