which microsoft office ?

Hello,
I’m wondering if Excelsius is working with Office 2000 ?
In the installation guide, the minimum requirement is office 2003.

But my company is still working with office 2000. Does someone know if we need only 2003 for designer, on the swf will work in office 2000 document ?
