where is the system database?

hi,
we just setup a test enviroment for boxir3.1. when I open the repository database there are just a few tables there(CMS tables and audit tables) where are the user, report, universe information stored?
the installation went well and everything works well except when I install the deskI on the client machine it said can not access repository. so I thought maybe it is because it does not point to system database?

the error message said
cannot access repository
[repo_proxy 13] SessionFacade::openSessionLogon with user info has failed(Unable to log on: Could not connect to server niak. Please check that the server name is correct, and that the server is running.

Could be a network issue. Can you connect to that server from the client machine?

Those information are now stored in the Input/Output FRS. They are viewable only through SDK.

When you said everything went well, have you tried to launch Infoview and actually run a report on the server?

yes, I pinged from cmd and i got response. and I also used netstat -a and it is in the active connection list.

Yes, I worked on both CCM and infoview. no problem at all, even on client machine.
