Where can I find business objects 4 enterprise documentation

Hi,

Trying to find install guides (windows+ linux) + upgrade guide from XIR2 to 4.0

Checked following link

http://help.sap.com/content/bobj/bobj/index.htm

but only goes up to 3.1 in there.
