Where can get the Business objects CBT (free)?

I know Crystal report XI. I am working in Business Objects XI.
I want to create new unuverse, Webi and Deski reports. Please guide me to create these reports. And also i want to download free CBT softwares for Universe and webi.

we dont have CBT Session, but you check out the FAQ section in this forum and you can download the documentation from businessObjects website
