Where are BO Log files to see user activities?

Hello, I’ve been searching in all the forum but the solutions proposed didn’t work for me (pass through the 6.5, create a blank universe …) so I create a new topic on this subject, sorry for the repetition of this subject … I’ve been asked to delete a universe, but I have deleted the wrong one ! Is there a way to recover it ? I precise i have the file.unv on my hard drive, but i can’t export it, i get an error message “you are unauthorized to use this document (FRS 00008)”. Same thin…

my issue is somewhat similar

someone deleted an entire folder and i want to know who? i checked the ‘logging’ folder but its filled with information i dont understand…

is there a way i can see exactly what users did what activity? like user x… created this report… created this folder… blah blah ??

and as for restoring? we have daily backups… how is BO repository folders mapped to local drive where its installed ?

i went here… but there are like hundreds of folders…

i also went here … same thign… hundreds of folders… no way to figure out what folder is corresponding to what name in CMC/Infoview

…any suggestion? to find out who’s the bastard that deleted this?

freaking billion dollar company with no proper logging! (at least i don know yet, havent found on bob either).

You can prevent this by auditing our deployed security!

If you want to rstore only one element its better to use BIAR files as backups.

You cannot get this info using the standard auditor fetaures like who delte what and when …
