After I installed BO on Windows XP(choose platform ignore), I log on the webintellignece,and choose a universe, then BO ask me to install jre.
I download and installed the Sun Microsystems Inc. 1.4.2_03 (48.0),then restart the system.
I log on the webintellignece again,and choose a universe.When webintelligence start Java_Report_Panel,an error prompted : Unable to find valid license.
How to resolve it?

There’s no CMS in WebI 1.x/2.x! That answer only belongs in the XI forums! 
yanasun – I think you’re talking about what version of Java is supported for your browser, isn’t that right? For the older versions of WebI, the Microsoft JVM is what was supported, not the newer Sun 1.4.2.
When you get to the WebI login page, click the “Check Browser” button. Then click the “Supported Browsers” button. It’ll tell you which browser/JVM combinations are supported.
