I am really fumbling over on what happened in our system exactly on the Halloween Day!
Our 2LIS Extractors surprisingly ran up and the Delta Queues in a Delta Initial mode rather than a Delta Mode.
Well, did it completely filled in the queues? No. We have more than few millions of movements and this has filled in only a few hundreds of thousands!
I wondered if Data Services pushed some wrong values to the Extractors for the Extraction Mode. Well, if so it can happen for all my 4 jobs of 2LIS - HDR, ITM, SCL, BF
My question is, are there any other system actions that could trigger a Delta Initial to the ectractors? Well technically thinking, it should not happen… By any chance, introducing a new plant or a storage location or things like that trigger a Delta Initial for the movement - BF extractor?
Again, I know this topic should be directly pushed to the SCN - Extractors/BW forums, but I believe, we ETL guys can narrate it perfect!
