Once I red:

Report Bursting is distributing reports to all the users who can see and take some decessions and if any modification has to done they can suggest.

This can be done by using BCA, we can refresh the reports and schedule the reports.

There is no BCA in XI versions, BCA/DAS/BAS server was applicable to 5x/6x versions
In XI scheduling is done directly in Infoview or from CMC
