What is "FS Command"?

Hi everyone,

I can read this in BI Widget documentation :

“Within a desktop widget, you have the ability to launch a parameterized
report or Xcelsius dashboard stored in the repository. This report will launch
in the BI Widgets viewer window.
Use the FS Command component in Xcelsius to allow opening the documents
in InfoView.”

I looked up for any information about FS command in Xcelsius doc and on Google but I don’t find any interesting doc about it. I found some information about “queryparams” and parameters mapping, but I don’t even understand how to call a document in Infoview.

What does it do?

fscommand is an actionscript command for controlling flash players

But what about “fscommand” in Xcelsius ? How do I use it ?

As I read on Ryan Goodman blog, I tried “queryparams” as command and I tried opendocument.jsp?iDocID=XXXX&lsSparameters=A1 etc as parameters

I put a simple list to make a cell value change and mapped this cell to the trigger of the connexion.

But nothing happens.

What I am supposed to expect ? Is this right or not ?

I have exactly the same issue where fscommand does not appear to do anything…

Did you ever resolve your issue?
