Hi all,
hopefully someone may have seen this before. I’m at a client site and they have been happily using NTLM security to log into Infoview (6.5). That is when the Log in button on Infoview is clicked, they are logged on using their windows AD credentials. Apparently this has been working for years for everyone except recently where 2 users are automatically logged in as Gensup 
and not their AD credentials when Log in button is clicked.
It seems to be a local machine issue because if they log in using a different machine then their AD credentials are used.
Any ideas as to what’s going on?
