Websphere - which web-apps do I need to install

Which web-apps should I install for interactive-view/schedule of simple reports (no dash-board etc) ans user-management. right now I get around 10 web-apps installed in my websphere (see attached image). I think I can do away with some of these (say AdminTools app will be used for query builder only, AFAIK). I open the report from inside another web-app (only the report content shows up, navigatino et al are provided by our web-app). So, I could see that AnalyticalReporting is being used for that invocation.

As I am using direct url invocation here, do I need dswsbobje.war? similarly for others.
