WebService -- Not able to view the universe

Hi,
I have posted the issue in regards to not able to view the universe when connecting to the web service. I have checked the security in CMC in regards to folder security and provided full control rights to the universe folder but still I am not able to view the universe.

Is there any changes to be done at the Web service the URL we are connecting to or to bypass the loadbalancer.

Can you explain more what connectivity option you are using? For example, if you are using Query Browser, one reason you may not see a universe is that it must be a unx universe and not a unv universe …
