We have installed WebI 2.0 and are finding that the Business Objects client reports format with a mind of their own.
They do not use the font or font size (I know the sizes are approximated) but titles go where they want to.
Does anybody know how to fix this??? Even the client doesn’t format the report even close to what appears in the client. This is when the report is saved as HTML. Is Business Objects looking for something on the system that might be modified?

One, yes when a report is converted to HTML in BO, something often different comes out as the HTML. It just takes time to understand what formats work well and what should be avoided/changed.
Secondly, I’ve run into experiences that reports will look different depending on the client browser settings.
I’d recommend isolating this problem based on the browser settings with one client with the same report or the same report across different clients/browsers and see if this is the problem.

Perhaps also if you would describe a particular situation you are having trouble with, someone might be able to help. I have found that it is not usually too difficult to get the reports to come out the way you want them to.
